Messages

For Mobile

At the bottom of your cell phone screen, you can send and get messages from community / program members, medical providers, and other folks on the app. It is easy to use. From any device, you can attach files, videos, images, drawings and embed playable YouTube and Vimeo videos too  Click on the Messages button  at the bottom of the screen to access.

 

On the Web

Click Messages on the left side of the page. Read an existing message or send a new message. Click on the "New Message +" sign to start a new message. You can send and get messages from community/program members, medical providers, and other folks on the app. It is easy to use. You can attach files, videos, images, drawings and embed playable YouTube and Vimeo videos too, from any device.

 

Notifications

If you have mobile notifications turned on for your device, you can receive an alert that you have new messages. To turn on mobile notifications, go to "Settings" in your one of your BigHeart apps. Scroll to "Notifications."

Android

Android users will see "App notifications." Click the toggle to Allow. 

iPhone

iPhone users will see  "Notification Style" above a list of applications. Scroll to "BigHeart" or other BigHeart apps where you can click on the name of the app. Click the toggle to Allow.
