Requesting a Virtual Visit

On your Mobile Device

1. At the home Greeting Home page, click on the Events icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. On the Events screen, click on the Plus + icon in the upper middle of the screen.

4. When the "Create virtual event" screen appears, click on the Request telehealth visit button. Review the Important Notice and fill out your name, your details, and click Confirm.

5. On the Visit Details screen, continue to fill out the specific medical community where you are a member (I.e ABHIL, BCBSIL, Monument of Faith Evangelical Church , etc.) and other info such as the visit duration. In the Starts On field, enter a possible date for a visit. Make sure to fill out the required Additional Details section. 

6. Click on the Request in the upper right hand of the screen. Click OK when you will see a pop up window letting you know that your request is being processed by our medical staff who will contact you as soon as possible. You will not see your visit in Upcoming events until the date and time are confirmed by our medical staff.

You will receive an email as well.

On the Web

1. At the home Greeting Home page, click on the Events icon in the left menu.

1. Click the Request telehealth visit button on the right-hand side of the screen. 

2. Fill in or edit your personal information on the Confirm your information screen. Click on Confirm at the bottom of the screen.


3. On the Visit Details screen, pulldown on the arrow to fill out the specific medical community where you are a member (ifor example: ABHIL, BCBSIL, Monument of Faith Evangelical Church , etc.) and other info such as the visit duration. In the Starts On field, enter a possible date for a visit. Make sure to fill out the required Additional Details section. 

Our Medical Team will Confirm or Deny or Reschedule your request. If the answer is Confirm, the request is agreed to and the Telehealth Visit will change to Upcoming. If the answer is Deny, the Telehealth Visit will change to Canceled. 

Your visit may be Reschedule your visit. Once the Medical Team agrees to any changes, the Telehealth Visit will change to Upcoming. 

The Telehealth Visit can also be scheduled again by you or the Medical Team. You can  use our Messaging feature or talk to our staff to change the visit.
