Admin: User Permissions

There are several levels of user permissions and roles in BigHeart. 

Platform roles determine what users can see and do within their organization. The administrative roles are designed to help you determine who in your organization should carry out certain responsibilities.

The Admin Console is where you as an admin, can promote a registered user to an organization, community, and program administrator. Click on the three vertical dots. You can also revoke administration permissions.
