One of the reasons your camera may not be working is because the presenter has disabled your camera in the host control panel. To get back your ability to use your camera you can:
1. Through chat, ask the presenter to please enable your camera usage.
2. Make sure that you have not mistakenly turned off your camera.
3. There might be another program that is using your webcam, such as Skype or Google Hangouts. We recommend that you close those programs and refresh your conference page.
4. If the problem continues, please update the Chrome or Firefox browser, close your browser, restart your computer, then rejoin the conference.
