Where do I find and watch the recording after the Event?
Recordings will be processed within 2-24 hours and will post to the event "About" page. They will have a video camera icon next to the recorded event - this will be found under your community's "Events" and then "Past" events. If you registered for the conference, you will be alerted by email and a push notification when the recording is available. Anybody who attended the event would be able to view the recording too. You can also download the recording to distribute to other communities and communications channels outside of BigHeart.
If your recording hasn't posted on BigHeart after 24 hours, please email support@bigheartapp.org.
Can I get a copy of the event?
Events Admins can receive the chat transcript. Please email support@bigheartapp.org after your event has ended and provide the event name. We will send you an Excel transcript.
Can I pause the recording in a conference?
No. When you click Stop Recording, the recording will begin processing. There is no pause button.
Who can record events?
Only the Administrators or Hosts of the event can record events.
How do I record an event?
1. Inside your conference, look to the top right corner.
2. Then click "Start Recording". It will record the Audio, Video, Presentation, Screen Sharing, YouTube video, and public chat.
3. When you are finished recording, go back to the Record tab and click Stop Recording.
4. You will see confirmation that the Recording Ended.
