Changing Notifications

To manage your community-specific notifications, see Community Notification Settings.

To manage your personal notifications across all communities:

Mobile (Android or iOS)

1. From any screen in the app, click your profile circle icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings."

2. Then, select "Notifications" and slide the buttons to turn on the notifications so the button shows green. We suggest that you turn on all the notifications so you don't miss anything or you can select the types of notifications you would like to receive. The app will update your settings as soon as you enable/disable each type of notification.

Web

In the web app, click on your profile circle icon in the upper right corner. Then, simply click "Settings" in the pulldown and you will be able to change your notification settings. Click "Update" to save your changes.

To view your notifications: 

Click the bell icon  in the top right corner of the web and mobile app to go to your notifications. You can click on them to go to the content and mark them as Read or Unread. 

To mark all notifications as read, click "Mark all as read".

This is a handy method to stay updated with what is happening on the app in your communities and programs. You can also click "Notifications Settings" from here to customize which notifications you receive.
