Changing your Password

On Web

To reset your password, go to the login page (bigheartapp.org) or directly to https://bigheartapp.org/forgot-password and click "Forgot Password." Type your email address into the text box and click "Send reset link." It can take up to 5 minutes for the reset email to reach your inbox.

On Mobile

Open the BigHeart app or the private white label app for your organization. On the  "Log in" screen, click "Use password, " then click "Forgot password?", type in your email, and then click "Send reset link."

If you're logged in, you can also reset your password by tapping the profile button in the top right corner.  Select "Settings" in the menu that pops up, then select "Change Password."
