Check and Update the Android App

Before entering a conference or webinar, make sure that your BigHeart Android app is up to date. 

Also make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. You can check your BigHeart Android app by clicking on the Google Play store.

Once in Google Play, click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, then click on Manage apps and device.

Next, click Update all or click See details and tap Update next to the BigHeart app.

Once updated, restart your device.
