Check and Update the iOS App

Before entering a conference or webinar, make sure that your BigHeart iOS app is up to date. 

Also, make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. You can check your BigHeart iOS app by clicking on the App Store.

Once in the App Store, click on your profile icon at the top right of the screen. 

Scroll to see pending updates and release notes.

Tap Update next to the BigHeart app to update only that app, or tap Update All to update all apps. 

Once updated, restart your device.
